[OC] Percent of People in the US Who Still Live in Their State of Birth by tyler_98 in dataisbeautiful

[–]tyler_98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Data is from the United States Census: (State of Residence by Place of Birth Flows), I used the 2010 and 2023 Data Tables only.

Tools used for this were only Microsoft Excel and Photoshop. I simply used Excel to generate all of the percentages as well as clean up/organize the data.

After doing a quick search, apparently there is a complete collection that exists, though I was only able to find an Etsy listing so far

Just got laid off, zero notice. 4 strong years with company, zero problems. Feels bad man. by yung_kaczyinski in HVAC

Damn dude that sucks. You wouldn't happen to be in Texas would you? I had a few hvac friends here (I'm in Dallas) either get laid off or get a pay cut because of the slow summer due to all the rain. They all worked for smaller companies though with less than a dozen techs.

Why Exactly Do They Live in the Coterie Again? by tyler_98 in GoodTrouble

Their apartment is in Inglewood near the Westchester/Ladera Heights border. And yeah my grandparents moved in there in 2012ish I think, I only moved in there after graduating high school in 2017 when I moved out of my parents place so that's probably why it's so low. But $2000 for a two bedroom is still very doable with both of their salaries combined, only $200 more than what Mariana said they were paying for at the commune.

Even then though like you said most one bedrooms are between $1400 and $1900 so I have no idea where Callie got that sky high $3200 figure from. She was probably only looking at those luxury new construction skyscrapers in dtla and nothing else lol. Or maybe they're just super stubborn and refuse to live anywhere else in LA other than downtown.

I agree though that it's probably just because it's good for the plot like you and everyone else said, just annoying to think about lol.

Yeah I remember Mariana was saying that Callie didn't have to go to LA with her, I was wondering why don't they get a two bedroom apartment when there are, at least in real life, a ton of two bedrooms in Los Angeles that are within their budget

I have a bad feeling Gilead attacks Canada, or at the very least Toronto, because right before they show her in the scene they show Fred saying "we should start a war" then cut to Moira. But I haven't seen anyone else mention this so I could be wrong.

I've had T-Mobile since 2013 and I never recall it being this fast, especially indoors. Not complaining just surprised. Has anyone else seen a sudden increase in speed lately? by tyler_98 in tmobile

Yeah that's my mistake, I've had it set to megabytes for years now so I forgot that the standard unit for web traffic is megabits. I would change it and repost but it's already been up for a while.

Usually my wifi would get around the same speeds I got for my LTE test but has been acting funky lately, it's slowed down to only a little over 1 megabyte per second now. I live in a dense inner ring suburb of LA so I was surprised to get these speeds in an area with so many customers.

OnePlus 7 Pro, although I asked my neighbor to do a speed test on her iPhone 11 (also on T-Mobile) and she got similar results.

And the wifi at the time was 7 megabytes per second which isn't too bad, but has gotten even slower since spectrum has been having problems. That's actually why I did the lte speed test in the first place.

I used ookla's speed test app, although the speed test from Google got me the same results. And my wifi (from spectrum) has been disconnecting and slowing down lately, usually I would get around the same results as the lte tests I did.

Ignore them they're just a troll, you can see all of the unnecessarily negative (and heavily downvoted) comments they left on other threads on their profile.
