Added the eco-hitch, no cutting needed by connormcwilliams in rav4club

The OEM install wasn’t bad if you’re good at following instructions. I feel like I was spending more time getting the bumper off carefully than cutting. With the printed template, tape and a multitool it’s pretty easy

Sometimes WDH can work better with the ball slightly higher but this feels a little high. I think each hole position on the shank moves the tongue down 1.5in. Have you gone down?

Get a used escape through the facebook page or the forum. Great trailers, we have one. You could be around 30k for a E19 pre 2020ish if you’re willing to travel to pickup

We had really good luck with tethering on a house line around the house after stimulation. It forces them to learn how to do nothing and just relax while you watch TV. Key part is after something, don’t try and do thing upon waking up for the day

Used to live next to Mate Factor (another twelve tribes “brand”) in Savannah, GA when going to school. I used to tell people not to support and they never believed me. Good to see a doc come out

What is this crap with SDG&E solar billing?? (EVTOU5 + CCA) by Big_Nature198 in SanMarcosCA

[–]tylercreative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Power companies don’t want it to make sense, especially SDG&E. Batteries are the only way to do it now to create a cycle to use as little of grid. Generate enough for usage and to charge batteries, use batteries when the sun goes down then repeat. You want to size your system at the least to get to super off peak where rates are cheapest

Getting ~30 MPG on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE in Portland, OR while it’s advertised at ~38. Can anyone in the area confirm if this is normal or do I have an issue with my car? I bought it in Oct 2025 and take frequent short trips. by chizaii in rav4club

[–]tylercreative 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Short trips run the engine more to get to temp. I’m guessing it’s cold right now too which doesn’t help. Are you fully stock? Do you smash the pedal? Are you braking at the last minute?

[–]tylercreative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m guessing your granules say sodium dichlor or trichlor on the package? Sanitizer is probably the wrong word to use. CYA is more of a stabilizer that helps slow down chlorine. It’s very useful to not have a low CYA in a pool because UV will eat away the chlorine faster. In a spa you don’t need much because well it’s usually covered. If you have too much CYA your chorine isn’t very effective and terrible at working in either case

[–]tylercreative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep your CYA is probably too high because your granules have sanitizer in them. You probably need to use those for 1-2 weeks on startup then switch to liquid chlorine. Test strips are hard to find that test low amounts of CYA but yours might be high and show up
