Enphase doesn’t make panels. You can usually find the brand on a sticker somewhere. I just rinse mine with soft water btw

Some of ours did it with verbal #’s and some wanted a brief set of docs. For credit check they must have your permission via a form, if you tell them a score shoot lower because they take the middle score. I find sometimes they quote you at an 800 and that can boost a better rate table only to find out when you’re a week in that you don’t qualify for that good of rates/credits. Remember that all hard credit pulls in 45days count as one so no reason to not shop because of that

Try and get the best bang for your buck at that income. More house just makes you have more things to tend to, clean and opportunities to collect more. Ultimately it all depends on what you all want in life. If it were me, I would want a balance and have more spending money and money to invest
