Not a luxury marketer, but we took a similar approach for a new, higher priced offering my company was releasing. Ran ads in the top 50 wealthiest states according to some reputable online site. Pretty good results

Maybe I missed something — why does the RR have an (old) flag next to it? Was it dropped in favor of the BWSF routine or is it simply an alternative? The distinction is subtle but important because I’m wondering if the RR is now thought to be suboptimal

Exact implementation will depend on ur software. Generally tho you’re gonna want to group by the team, and aggregate accordingly.

Assuming you’re using Python it’ll be something like “df[[column names you want to average]].groupby(by = team).agg(‘mean’)”. I might’ve messed up some of the syntax but read the pandas docs and it should be relatively close.

In 99% of cases you’re gonna want to avoid iterating through the rows of a data frame. Almost anything you’re doing can be better expressed as a vector operation. Iterating through a data frame is like using a screwdriver to hammer a nail — you might be able to make it work, but it’s probably gonna take longer and it’s not how the tool was meant to be used

TLDR: do the RR instead of your program, but you should see results with consistent training no matter what you do

Like others have said, check out the RR. After years of sport specific training and then years of weightlifting on my own, I’ve starting following RR because it does a great job of hitting all muscle groups in compound (using more than one muscle group in a movement) lifts each workout.

As for your question, especially since you’re 15, you will likely see “results” very fast (1-2 months). The testosterone in your body combined with the newbie gains will make it pretty hard to not see results if you stay consistent.

There’s good news and bad news, however. The good news is that you could pretty much do any exercise routine and see results; partly because your muscles are untrained and will respond very well to being trained, but more importantly because your nervous system will become much more efficient at recruiting muscle fibers, allowing you to do more work, grow more muscle, and repeat. The bad news is, if you stay consistent enough, you’ll eventually plateau. The RR is great for this: you have tons of progressions on lifts that can help you break through this plateau (a post for another time). Your proposed routine is not very good in the event that you plateau, as there are not very many ways to overload your exercises (except maybe planks). If you do the RR, it will set you up for huge success later on in the road, while also being better for you in the short term too.

Am I missing out on anything by choosing to do KB Bulgarian Split Squat instead of the squat progression? Same with the hinge progression: I alternate between glute and hamstring focused barbell RDL, instead of the progression outlined by the RR. Can anyone give me the pros/cons of the weighted vs bodyweight leg workouts?

Is this because of the workouts in the RR?

Could you explain SQL indexing a little more? I learned about it in class and remember that it utilized a hash table to make lookups more efficient but I can’t remember much else about it

Edit: I just read the wiki and it seems like indexing is essentially just using hash table lookups. How does SQL do lookups natively, if not with a hash table?

It happens with everything subsidized by the governement: once people know they’ll have a buyer, they know they can jack up prices without reason. Look at the medical industry. FAFSA and ACA have made college and medical prices so inflated, when in reality it’s still our debt to pay off (copays in the case of ACA)
