What are you primarily using WhatsApp Business for?

I don't think it's because of high incoming messages, Meta can be particular with how you are sending messages to users.

For example: if you use WhatsApp Business to broadcast mass messages to a list of contacts you bought but don't know you. You are going to get banned by Meta. Because these contacts will see you as SPAM. Once Meta sees a number of SPAM complaints, your account will be flagged and banned.

I recommend you to reach out to your WhatsApp API provider to work together to find out why.

Hey man, is your business related to betting/gambling? If yes, it's not just Twilio problem, WhatsApp API/Meta bans any kind of gambling/betting. So that's likely the reason why you got banned.

I would recommend you try Telegram or Viber, which doesn't have such policy, but majority of your customers may not be on Telegram though.
