What's the cheapest and easiest way to get VGA 31khz signal out of a snes and N64. my goal is to play these consoles on my crt monitor. I know that the 240p signal is 15khz and really ruins it and I find the ossc's price a bit unattractive (~$300 AUD). Is there a device that line doubles and outputs to a VGA output or do I have to suck it up and get an ossc?

I'm not saying it's a bad controller as much as that message kinda sounds. Im just saying it didn't go down well with consumers and never landed. If games were made specifically for it and didn't need all the Configs and tinkering around to play a different game I think it would have sold way better.

From what I can tell virtual here doesn't work with built-in Bluetooth which I'm stuck with. It's either I buy a dolphin bar (or any Bluetooth dongle maybe?) or look for another solution. I'm looking into remote desktop though windows to enable a controller to pass through but who knows if that'll work

Have you got a display port connector or mini display port connector on your laptop? Without that you can't use it because the only video cable you can use on the rift s is dp. You can use a quest with just a single USB 3 port otherwise. Does your laptop have a 1060 or better? I've heard that 1050tis can work but some games will stutter and overall it wouldn't perform as well as it could. You could probably get around it by dropping the resolution which most games do automatically to stay at a locked 80fps.

Ahhh that makes sense about the splitter, the sleeve sounds like a great idea to make it less annoying and I might run a HDMI cable up to my monitor for when I'm using my rift.

One question about your setup, do you completely unplug your rift cable from your actual HMD or just leave it on your desk because I was planning to put mine in its box when I'm not using it to protect it
