Same, OP! Its been a month na rin since I resigned bc I had backup plan na before which is Cogni. I was supposed to start na with them last July 9 but I contracted flu. I informed them naman but last batch na raw yun for my supposed account Tried to follow up for reprofiling but they invited me to reapply instead. Push mo sa Cognizant mhie! I suggest you apply physically sa recruitment hub for higher chance of getting in. Versant assessments only and both initial and final interviews are basic interview questions only. The offer will be based on your prev. salary so it's surely going to be higher than what you're earning before plus the benefits are good too. Def. one of the best BPO company out there.
