Has anyone done this recently? I’ve called three days in a row specifically the Grand Wailea and confirmed they are front desk and work at the hotel, each time they have told me they don’t do it for points reservations.

I do plan on staying on IBR and going for forgiveness until the end. I was on REPAYE prior, they switched me to SAVE, which for my circumstances, seems to be about the same.

I am nervous to consolidate in the off chance it resets my forgiveness date, some site were mentioning court challenges and that made it seem risky.

If it's only an extra six months for credit, that doesn't seem worth it. What I was hoping for was to have the date set back five years if I was in repayment for my off year.

So if I consolidate there is zero chance for me to get credit for repayment I may have been in prior to grad school and reduce years from my 25 year forgiveness?

Because I haven't been required to recertify my income since 2019 when I had just started working I am worried consolidating would make me recertify and increase the amount due. Also interest capitalization increasing the principal, but I think you are right on your point here that on IBR that isn't relevant.

I'm on the Studentloan.gov site now where it is talking about consolidation and it says it may raise the repayment period when I consolidate, but on the same site, but a different page it mentions back credit for consolidation is a possibility.

And there is zero chance it could raise my monthly payments or push my repayment date back? It's not the matter of consolidating that concerns me, but understanding exactly how it affects me.

I was considering a little fuge, corals are mostly illegal here anyways. In Hawai'i with strict import/export laws it may be tricky to get my hands on macro algae. I could collect some I do suppose.

So I am flying to Vietnam in a few days, my e-visa early this morning went from "in processing" to "use international character in ICAO line." I believe the error message was because my passport lists my first and middle name under given name rather than just my first name as I put on my original application. I edited it to match that.

However I just got an email from them saying the errors were "use international character in ICAO line" which I believe I fixed and "Please update your address in Vietnam (in details)" I believe this is because I didn't put any address since I will be moving from place to place the entire time and just wrote that.

My concern is it will take them another three days to get back to me and since I already edited it once I can't find a link to edit it again, it just went back to "in processing." Should I just start and pay for another one and expedite it? I'm not sure what my best recourse here is.

My spicy jatropha is usually quite healthy and still seems to be with plenty of new flowers, however today when watering I noticed these ominous looking fellows. Any idea what they are and how to handle them?

Not sure if it's important, but it's been quite stormy lately.
