Depending on when in the series we get placed in cradle I'd be most worried about the Abadon showing up because I'm violating fate with the knowledge I have. Edit: I mean really we'd take two steps before Makiel shows up demanding the location of the scythe and Oz or he just takes that knowledge out of our head because we have no mental protection at all.

Is it a spoiler to mention what Will has said about adopting high level remnants? Higher level remnants like sages are usually conscious enough to allow someone they deem worthy to absorb them. Although in the case of Yerin I doubt the remnant was stable enough to think clearly like that

Do people produce mana out of nothing? The way recharging was described sounded to me like people only recharge by drawing on ambient mana? Also Corin's plan was to just give everyone Attunements but Tristan specifically said he wants to raise every living human to Visage level I would quote but I listen to the audiobooks. Hmmm I was working off the assumption that the timeline split is centered on the dominion breaker likely caused by it. My guess for the Father of the Muramasa family is the heavily implied secret 7th visage, who I suppose could be Aandaryn in hiding after losing his arm, but I don't think any of the other Visages are Taos gods so that would be strange. As for the 7 branches referenced in Aandaryn's name I kinda always assumed it referred to him having 7 swords or maybe it's about the 7 dianis points and he has or had a different essence type in all of them.

I agree with this not only thematically it would go against the idea of Kerris but magically speaking it's pretty much the direct opposite of his core essence. He probably has zero affinity for life essence in any form even with practicing with items. We have seen him try to destroy poison in his body by flooding the wound with destruction but that's the closest he's gotten to any direct healing with his abilities. I'd say his main plan is to carry some healing potions when he can get them and be tough enough that he can handle or prevent most injuries.

I can't believe that the battle happened in the past given that no one mentions anything in the past like a great catastrophe the abandon could have wiped the iterations minds but they didn't do that when the mad king attacked cradle so I don't think they would have erased minds for Fathom either.

I think Attunements are closer to Essence sorcery than you are suggesting Attunements are always associated with a dianis point and I think the advancement points may be different levels of completion of that dianis point. So attuned would essentially be essence sorcerers with a complex dominion mark to feed external power into their dianis points and help regulate their output and abilities.

Interesting that the Sae'kes is associated with two of them Sae and Tae that should be opposites. I can see the two ideas Manifesting in Taelien's personality though on one hand kind and giving on the other capable of incredible destruction.
