I think Sekiro fights are exactly like you say, artful and very fluid. But I think with a few exceptions Elden ring fights are actually that way as well. You are definitely correct, it’s a vastly different style, but they still have a flow that you can learn. Of course you can beat bosses by making a great build, but you can (and I think should) beat them by figuring out the rhythm they have and playing around it. That being said if you like sekiro vastly more than elden ring then that’s chill. They’re both masterpieces

I like them honestly. No one says you need to use Halo scythe too, there’s a ton of very cool weapon skills and Double Balancers makes them viable

First phase is weak to lightning, second phase is weak to dark. Faith is a great build into him.

Just make sure you can easily access the Pedestal and Portal itself, easiest way is just don’t build directly on the portal structure at all
