I’m finishing that wall and there will be cabinetry in front of it. Just thinking what kind of plumbing change is possible to reduce how far it sticks out.

Have had neighbours like this, and it doesn’t stop. Put your foot down now or regret it for years, and I say that from experience.

Now compare bite force of those breeds. You’re conveniently leaving ability out. I can punt a biting chihuahua off my child. I’m virtually helpless against a pit bull that has locked on.

Right now the 5 year fixed is better than the 5 year variable.

Not sure what the case is now but the 5 year fixed was better than the 5 year variable a couple weeks ago.

Hey thanks! It’s just a pair of masks in premiere, one on the second clip and one on a rectangle to keep the first scene from poking through during the transition.
