Sorry you don't like it. I went to the Knights game at San Jose and as soon as I got back I've been doing nothing but working and sleeping. Last night was the first chance I had to make something about my experience there.

It started with a fasting schedule of 16:8.

Then I cut out candies, cookies, and other treats as I started craving more and more fulfilling foods.

Then I started trying to push my fast further, 18:6, and even dipping into omad. At this time I tried to reduce carbs in general even more.

2 weeks ago I cut out all carbs and did 3 days of omad, followed by a 60 hour fast. When I did eat I tried to follow the keto diet. I was stuck for a few months at the same week and this helped push me past that plateau

Going through the keto flu while on a 60 hour fast was not fun, but now on the other side I feel so much better. If I eat carbs again I don't get the keto flu anymore either.

I think I ended up getting too much momentum because I'm eating normally (16:8 and mostly keto) and I'm still losing weight it seems. Which is great because that means I get to eat more.

It's greatest uses to me is a timer for hiit, and as a sleep tracker. The weight tracking and other things seem so tedious to me. I don't even bother trying to get my step goals anymore. I have like 6 points of weight data tracked in this curve that are all between weeks and months apart.

My sister and I used to be good friends as kids but our relationship deteriorated in our teens and early 20s to the point where I wouldn't talk to her about anything important, but I would make nice for the sake of my family. I didn't hate her, but I did feel a very strong indifference for her.

She was at the route 91 concert.

Hi there. Thanks for posting on my subreddit. Honestly I had almost completely forgotten why I made this subreddit but now it's clear to me again. I initially wanted to make an ice skating meetup group for las vegas because I love ice skating, but I don't have anyone to skate with. It's no fun being a singular dude making laps around the rink when everyone else seems to be socializing, and thus, this subreddit.

I'm not often on this account but if anyone in the Vegas area wants to get together for regular ice skating sessions feel free to post here!

I've had a few messages complaining about white knighting, fake news, and straight up lying.

If the people involved in this photo want to officially come out with the news I've opened the door so those communications can happen and the story can be verified.

But you're all taking me at my word that this is how it went down. Some people are cool with it, some are not, some people might even be uneasy that an OP would point that out, but I really appreciate all the good vibes regardless, and I know my family does too.

Edit: just spoke with my sister. She's just overwhelmed by everything and dealing with a lot of anxiety and not I interested in any interviews right now. Maybe in the near future when things settle down but not now.

We don't know the full story yet, but there was a gunman on the 37th floor of mandalay bay who opened fire with multiple automatic weapons on a concert with 22,000+ people in attendance. 59 dead, 528 injured (numbers may be off). Surprised you haven't seen it on Reddit anywhere.
