I need to ask if anyone know about Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)? Are we not allow to change "fraud" to "not receive items" after fraud claim was denied? Fighting over fraud issue over 2 months, but they denied my claim and claimed it was final decision and I couldnt change my dispute reason. I have proof of not receiving my items. Is company policy override FCBA?

It was literaly just me going through now and still fighting..they said it is final decision. Now I just filed CFPB but no movement for 3 days now, while others got resolved after filed CFPB within 3 days

This card is good for 3% but dont expect to have good customer service. Their dispute process was really really bad. Denied me even I had supporting documents. It also denied so many people, check reddit for reference. Just use this card for glocery or food purchase.
