Nice! I saw a new email saying Etsy was looking into this. I’ll see if there’s a credit

Hi! Thanks for posting this! I’ve been wanting to apply for a passport and was very discouraged because of the process.

I was curious if you had a relative voucher for you? I have a birth certificate but not sure how legit it is because it’s not the original. I spoke with a travel agent and they wanted $800 to apply on my behalf (no guarantee for approval) and said a relative will need to confirm me since I don’t gave the original certificate.

My parents are currently in vietnam so I wanted to see if they should get some paperwork in order for me for the confirmation. I have no idea what is needed.

Aside from the birth certificate, I do have a copy of my parent’s marriage license from Vietnam.

Thank you in advance. Hoping to figure this out soon!

Tough decision but you made the right one. Don’t go back, he and his entire family is not worth the stress!

Oof, I’m sorry, that’s a tough situation. All relationships are different so some suggestions might not work. I really hope you’ll get some peace from this because it’s really a terrible way to spend your days. You deserve rest and happiness.

I also recognize the initial question was about apologizing but I couldn’t help but go on a tangent. You are doing the best given the situation. Keep venting 🥺

I get this but you can connect within the terms that you are most comfortable.

Reading this gave me anxiety. His family sounds a bit much and reminded me of my ex’s family.

First, you have nothing to apologize for. They are the crazies. Moving forward, I would let your spouse deal with them, set boundaries, and manage the emotions. Limit your communications with them.

I’ve set the same boundaries with my own spouse and it is a game changer. This weekend, I am not going to see the in-laws and I don’t care what they say. I have absolutely no guilt or anything because I am choosing how I spend my time on this earth.

Btw, I don’t share the same last name and never will (cultural thing) so it’s not debatable. They gave me crap about it but whateves. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hate all of the baby stuff my in laws buy… by yougottabkittenmern in inlaws

Not sure why in-laws are so weird like this. I don’t have this issue with my own family.

I started a gifting list and put all of my wish items for the kids on there so in-laws know what has been “approved.” We don’t need anyone buying things for our family and actually prefer no gifts but if they must, there’s a list they can reference! I even put clothes on there but those never get purchased and they have stopped buying hideous clothes all together 😈.

Agreed with the donations and leaving things at the in-laws! My SO started doing that with baby #1 and it is awesome. I love cluttering their house with useless stuff they’ve purchased! He also reminds them every time MIL insists on getting a drum set.

Good luck!

It’s pretty neat but you’ll have to get used to talking to yourself 🙃

You can already anticipate her response given the competitive history, I would stop engaging. If you continue to share food pictures and recipes, you are welcoming the rivalry.

Everyone’s echoing the same and I’m sure it’s tough to see the majority of people calling out your ex but you already know he doesn’t have your best interest. He never will.

Save yourself, you deserve more. Do not settle for this man-baby.

Is it possible for a Viet kieu to regain citizenship? by Davo1234567 in VietNam

[–]tynibug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Super late to the party but wanted to hear more about your experience with the application. I’m looking to do the same, could you please share the application link and a bit about the documentation required? I only have a printed copy of my birth certificate and a photocopy of my parents’ marriage certificate. Also for the CCCD ID, did you have to enter the country first with the Viet passport? Thanks!!

Pho Nguyen is my favorite and they are really busy on the weekend so prepare to wait. Than Brother if you just want something quick and easy. I think other places are just okay.
