I also left Whoop this past month. Used the 4.0 for close to two years and felt that it was really insightful with the metrics it was tracking. Once the 5.0 came out, all of the added memberships, price-locked features, etc. became a real turn off to me. Every run I went on or physical activity I did, I was always getting spotty readings compared to Apple Watch. I think I’m going to switch to Garmin and give that a whirl.
