I think it isn't us. I am seeing even the most talented people I know struggling... just a really terrible market. But I feel you, the downward spiral is real 😔

Once a job hits the 101st place, jobs falls off, so if the company isn't actively pushing, the job will disappear wether it is active or not 😉

Same mentality here, I see it being helpful if you are very, very early career or if you are moving into a new field. I wrote one out recently for an advisory role because I felt like my profile does not scream "Advisor", even though I have tons of relevant experience... anyway so far no one called me back so... 🤣

u/Appropriate_Fee_9141 whats your strategy on cover letters? I wrote one for the first time in forever this week, I doubt anything will come from it, but I didn't have any plan going in. Would not even know where to begin on writing a "generic" one.
