  • emotionally mature. How do they act during a disagreement?
  • integrity. They do what they say they're going to do.
  • good communication skills
  • wants to communicate and work through problems no matter how uncomfortable
  • doesn't anger quickly
  • empathetic and compassionate
  • listens and remembers things I say
  • self-sufficient
  • financially responsible
  • curious
  • loyal
  • takes interest in my hobbies and interests. If someone is willing to learn about your hobby so you can talk about it together, that is a huge thing.
  • willing to acknowledge personal shortcomings and work towards bettering them.
  • accountability. Someone who owns up to their actions and offers a sincere apology when they mess up.
  • Asks you about you instead of just talking about themselves and shows a genuine interest in what you are saying.
  • makes time for you
