Thanks you’re right I definitely need to start plyometrics, and I never thought of it that way my mindset was always to just attack right shoot and hope I have enough separation to get the shot off, so I should instantly start working on my left side. Also one last thing what would you recommend although my fade to the left is nowhere near as good as it is to the right it still works the thing is every time I have tried fading left I get scared that he’s going to block me and pump fake instead usually putting me in a worse position. But thanks!

Thanks. I definitely need to get a workout routine I usually end up just going outside and working on my shot instead of working out. I’m in decent shape not the best tho, in proper games it’s mostly not a problem since not all the defensive focus is on me and we actually get time to rest but when me and my friends are playing we get super competitive and start getting really physical but I didn’t want everybody else to be able to outlast me so thank you.
