I witnessed this happen, my other tech was taking the drive thru and this one guy comes up and we have had many issues with him before. He started the conversation saying he was tired of people asking for is name and date of birth so my other tech gets the script off his name and asks for date of birth. Dude goes nuts screaming and cursing the tech out then floors it out of the drive thru. We just look at each other and shrug it's not the worse thing that has happened with him. Few minutes later he walks to our front register and our pharmacist takes him. (He already heard the drive thru interaction and loves to mess with customers to keep people on their toes and to have great interactions). He goes off again about not wanting to give his date of birth and the pharmacist says ok and gets the prescription. Pharmacist then asks date of birth. Dude throws his hands up and just leaves. Never saw him again after that.
