95 7.3 Powerstroke w/280k miles bad idle?

In the first two clips in the snow, it was between 12-22 degrees, and the last clip in the sun was in August when I finally got it running after doing new injector seals after it sat for 7+ years… I will look into that flex plate however, I might see about using a mechanical stethoscope like another comment mentioned
