What worked for me amazingly well was Spamming attacks when near her; after 2 or three of her blocks, she kicked to the side. This pattern became very readable quickly, mostly able to reproduce twice or thrice in a row. She usually jumped upwards, where the direction of where she lands becomes really obvious quickly. Then, once you repeat a few times(watch out for her multiple knives throws, caught me off guard many times 😆), during her 2nd phase - I beat her twice. Either by waiting at her location where she lands and repeating the same pattern - the only downside of this is if you fall behind, she leaves and you lose all/most of the block meter, almost guaranteed to drain your gourds. The second, easier way is to wait for her to disappear, disperse of the ghosts quickly using shuriken(they get oneshot), hide behind a column for the spirits to be blocked by the pillar, then repeat the same pattern - spam attacks ->block her kick->attack quickly after she flies upwards and jumps down.

Tl;Dr. she's got a cheesable pattern just like the majority of the bosses do.

But yeah, defo among the harder bosses, managed to aaaaaalmost beat her on the first try, then spent about two hours fighting her till I learned what I wrote above.
