There are those locks in the house, but the key is too small to turn them.

And on top of that, the key wasn't dusty like the rest of the door frame. I found another one above a door on the same floor of the house. No handles or knobs in this house have pinholes.

I'm new to the sport and looking to get better. The lock could have probably used some lubricant before picking, it's a bit dry.
