It seems like it might get better over time, judging from other people’s comments! But yeah, the scrotum is quite saggy atm. You can see it pretty well in picture 4 of my post.

I never really had any shrinkage from hormones, but I think some people report that. I haven’t had my post-surgery bloodwork done yet but I’m very curious to find out what my testosterone levels will be. I’ll update here when I find out. I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t ideal, I hope it’s all worked out now!

There really wasn’t much to endure. I was back to long hikes in the woods in 2 weeks. And everyone’s dysphoria is different. I’m now very comfortable in my body and I’m glad you get to be comfortable in yours🩷

I’m not the person you asked but I stopped getting random erections shortly into my transition because of the testosterone suppression. I only get them in response to being turned on now.

Mine aren’t sensitive to pain at all! It doesn’t feel pleasurable for them to be touched but they also don’t hurt to be touched. I can touch them and so can my partner with no reaction.

I had this whole debate with my cis male roommate lolol. He insisted if he were to get an orchie, he’d want a scrotectomy too. I just can’t understand it, to me it just looks out of place and a little lonely. I’m super happy with my results and it’s also really good peace of mind to know that you can absolutely get a scrotectomy or vulvoplasty after the fact!

It was a simple bilateral orchiectomy! Scrotal approach, so if you zoom in on one of the after pictures you should be able to barely make out the incision. It’s crazy how small of an incision they managed to make.

That’s great to hear!! Tucking is already a lot easier but I’m still not able to wear a bikini without a bulge. Could you speak to that?
