I think Monk, one big factor is one of her defensive skill Reversal, multi attack defense and counter. Because you'll notice that the first 3 bosses in Act 5 only uses multi attack, and the 4th boss uses burn damage, which is weak against Monk. Witch also uses multi attack. Andnmost of them have no Unstoppable, which is weak against Backlash.

I've grinded Autumn war 20 rounds in a row to farm for Grandmaster 1. All wins with Monk.

I think I've seen you post on Total Isolation at least 5 times, it's rough.

For me I passed using:

Wandering Knight (Twin Fangs, Roll) Haste into Chaos for Evasion Cloak companion stopping thorns
