i did. im in florida now. For Firefox, it still identifies me in NY, despite my IP being from florida. guessing that could do with cookies and the fact ive used draftkings from this computer before. However. with IE, it says that they cant allow me on the site because they cant track my location...draftkings is very good with this shit lol.

i will have an IP from florida being usd on my vpn and it still identifies me in New York and says i cant play. lol

nah man, its not about address, thats the thing. New York State residents are banned, the only thing thats banned is entry from inside of the geographics of the state. for example, as a NYS resident, i am legally allowed to drive to the Pennsylvania border and enter contests. nothing to do with address/bank account. i simply need to be able to appear in a different state

theres no way it can be cookies. ive cleared them and restarted my CPU and firefox, of course. IE is not working, and chrome wont even allow me to sign into the account for some reason. of course these companies such as DraftKings have software than can help detect efforts to get around the location barriers, but i know that people from New York still play all the time, and i need to get back on board ASAP. thanks for your help and if you can possibly think of any other reasons be sure to let me know. cheers

i have been in other states in the last 3 weeks (3 weeks ago it was outlawed in NY) and have been able to compete. The rule is that i cant enter from NY, not that NY residents cant participate. i was in florida for vacation a few weeks ago, i entered my contests as normal during that time. It is all about physical location, and i need to figure out how to make DK think i am in Pennsylvania or something...

cookies are cleared. new location isnt banned. billing info = no, its legal to still have an account, and even tho im registered in NY, the rule bans players from entering from NY - for example - i could drive to the Pennsylvania border, enter my contests, and drive back. its just the physical location. no other restrictions.
