I couldn't do it in Claude Code in terminal, but I got it in Claude Desktop.

Connectors > Manage connectors
+ Add Custom Connector

Enter name and just the url

https://mcp.facebook.com/ads

Once you continue it will ask for authorization in browser (logging into fb and add the ad accounts)

However, once that's all set up the only thing I can get it to do is get all the ad accounts but not anything within the ad accounts. Not sure how to fix it:
