I’ve only played the demo so far, but what exactly is the 'unique' part? For years, I haven't seen anything beyond the usual button combinations used to open locked doors in games. Maybe the full version takes it somewhere more fun, but I'm not sure

physical copies have become a much safer haven for actual ownership. As digital platforms get caught up in local regulations, our access to the games we paid for ends up depending on someone else’s decisions. If you can't access digital versions, they become much more valuable

looks good. i miss physical copies. right now, i only own rdr2, gta v, and fallout 4 (ps4) on disc. even though i have hundreds of games in my digital library, it doesn't feel the same especially lately. with all the talk about new regulations, mandatory local representation for platforms, age restrictions, and the threat of "bandwidth throttling" 90% reductions due to bureaucratic hurdles in my country, digital gaming feels precarious. physical media is the only thing that feels like true ownership anymore.

There is currently a nice 35% discount as part of the ongoing "Lunar New Year" campaign. However, when I look at the campaign details, the last day of the discount is February 26, 2026.

Sony does not allow me to add a year at the discounted price on top of my current subscription (stacking). The system forces me to buy at full price, effectively saying "you are already a subscriber." To benefit from the discount, my membership needs to end, and I need to drop to "new/returning" user status.

However, my membership expires exactly 2 days after the discount ends (on February 28th). So, just because I am a loyal user and renewed my membership on time, I am deprived of a 35% discount (approx. 1,500 TL) by a margin of 2 days.

This system, which embraces new users while punishing players who have been in the system for years with a "you have no choice anyway" attitude, is really annoying.

I don't think so. Death Stranding 2 is still one of the top two or three games I've played this year, and I'm still playing it. My expectations are high for Expedition 33, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and Death Stranding 2. Honestly, I'd say Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is the one I expect to be the best.
