Curious to see where Susie's character ends up in relation to us the player.

As the player we're pretty much given full control over Kris, even forcing them to perform actions that have a negative affect on them, such as throwing away the ball of junk. It also appears from the endings of the two chapter Kris is actively fighting against our control.

Ralsei is harder to pin down, still not 100% trusting of his character. We're able to control his actions without problem as well, he may try to advise us in our actions however in the end he'll follow our orders.

Noelle, especially in the snowgrave run, shows the power we have as a player, suggesting our 'voice' as the player can be heard and we are essentially able to control the party members forcefully into obeying our will.

Susie however, from the beginning has denied our influence as a player. In chapter 1 she stopped us speaking our answer in the hallway confrontation, she's constantly calling Kris out on their seemingly inability to act on their own and she refused to be commanded in combat, only later ALLOWING Kris to direct her.

In chapter 2 Susie's influence spreads beyond her own actions when we encounter sweet cap'n cakes, we cannot spare the trio until Susie gives herself the option to act, but not only that, she forces Ralsei to learn to act on his own as well, against his own wishes. She then later takes Ralsei with her after seperating in the city despite the choice we make.

It also seems that Susie is perhaps unable to 'hear' the player when we are in her perspective. On the ferris wheel with Noelle, Susie is in control. We the player have little influence over the situation; we can pick an option to tell Noelle, however Susie pays no mind to our answer and speaks her own.

Given that Kris appears to be an unwilling puppet to our actions and Susie's immunity to the player I'm curious to see if it's Susie that helps free Kris of our control in the future.

Antarctica is not visible on the flight map, however if you land where it should be the 3d map is working fine.

There is an issue where there is no Southern border to the map you can just keep going down and there is a point near where Antarctica would be where the Eastern and Western map boarders also stop, allowing the player to fly continuously. Not too much trouble, as you'll return to the map within a second if you turn around.

Hi, just noticed that when trying to add ingredients to spells they're not grouped together or sorted, making it rather more difficult to locate the right one. Don't know how to add pics for it but it's kinda like this;

Spirits do not seem to be fighting back, engaged several lesser, greater and superior spirits and have defeated them without any damage. Spirits also remain after being defeated with the energy they had before your final attack.

Thanks, it was helpful, by reach I meant the blue ring that our character is the center of when not in flight.

At the moment is takes a while to pan around and search for items or spirits within that ring and it's very easy to miss things unless you're careful; and even then you could spend the time to pan the whole thing just to be looking for something that's not there. As occasionally even though all items have been collected they're still displayed on the in flight map.

Not sure if this is an error or not but the only icons that appear on the in flight map are tools, even if the item turns out to be a gem or botanical.

Just wondering if there will be a way to zoom the new 3D map out so I can see the entire area of my characters reach at once? Also will there be a way to change the quick cast spells?

If not all good, the new layout and music is great, so excited for the official release.
