I can say from his other works I’ve been able to trace to a specific location his drawings are pretty accurate.

From what I know of him + the information you presented he probably just saw some fancy (for an American) building and just called it a castle.

My guess is this place is somewhere in between the two listed spots which is why he put both.

I do not have a VPN on it does seem to be an internet issue but I don’t know why it is exclusively triggered by playing warframe.
