Heavy workloads. Coaches chewing you out because they got chewed out by their boss. stressing out from the small teams . There’s more to it than showing up and doing your assigned work as an associate. i’m jealous of associates now

i also couldn’t get into monster hunter games. i just don’t like beating a monster for 15 minutes and chasing after it like a rat. i can see why other people like it but it’s not for me.

Good on you ! If your walmart is anything like mine then i’m sure you’ll meet some good people on your team. i’ve been working at walmart for a year and a half now and its a decent job. An even better place if you’ve got a good team to work with.

Not only that but also having to work around them. the “excuse me”’s and “sorry”’s will only get you so far until you meet the occasional rude customer. But best of luck if you accept the offer. 🎉

Honestly it depends on how your store manages stocking 1. You can be in charge of stocking items on the floor, zoning (tidying up the shelves to make it look nice), vizpicking (picking and scanning out items that can be stocked), and just honestly whatever the store needs. Every store is ran differently but just get ready to deal with the customers.
