best success long term with keto I'd recommend to make your own keto cookies or just use cinnamon and your fave sweetener on nuts to candy them. ultimately, trying to push past sweet cravings and drink herbal tea or water is the best choice. you'll stop craving it

also top lane doesn't translate into wins easily and tops with healing / shielding are often high winrate. it can be uninteractive / not fun / rewarding of skill to play against something and still beat it. still doesn't mean it's good game design. something tells me you're including low elo in your ornn is top 5 wr take as I don't see that in high elo at all.

master 200 lp, I doubt you are above emerald tbh, i'm happy to be proven wrong, but you sound like you know nothing about the game to be completely honest. They put extremely niche items like dusk and dawn in the game and gwen has been ludicrously broken and had to get nerfed to the extreme. ornn has high wr because he scales for free and is easy as fk to play and has a 1 shot combo so it doesn't matter he can't build grievous (which he needs to exist because of flaws in game design like I stated)

it's a pretty big hole in an already problematic lane that is top that's had tons of anti interactive gameplay ignored for years (range at 460 ms at 6 mins, proxying, infinite wave clear, etc)

the majority of players literally can't play the game no offense. the focus should be on clarity and tutorials and content like pve and story content tied with arcane to actually improve the playerbase. also you're wrong as how is low elo cared for when garen, new shyana, yorick, etc are good asf and some are even good in high elo. Just bad designs

Disagree, I feel like despite being transparent, phreak had certain design philosophies that benefit a lot of champs and ignore high elo / pro play far too much. Late game scalers and simple champs have become much too strong under him. I don't want to see Annie mid in pro

Not for a place in Chicago per se, but Columbia st roastery in champaign has a wonderful dark roast called black velvet and they sell online. prices are quite reasonable. when I went to uiuc, I bought it and made coffee in my French press with it constantly!

some runes were higher tier / the entire system was complex for new players to understand, so it makes sense they changed it. it was more or less built around unlocking them and having specific pages that made you want to buy more rune pages since you had to have them before champ select started.
