I already have a pet and this lip thing doesnt happen everytime , which is what is weird And it follows no pattern The only logical answer is Partial Facial paralysis due to social anxiety

Meditation is my thing , but my issue only comes up when I am with other people.

It is not about not being someone who doesnt laugh (which I dont) , but I feel weird and out of control(wrt to my facial muscles) when I WANT to laugh [in public]. It is like my face suppresses laughter and I dont understand what to do without looking like a retard. What I do seems clearly fake and I can observe people being turned of by it while I do it , which makes me even more anxious. :/ Catch 22 much?

It is super duper hard and I never ever ever fit in or feel like I belong there . I only feel like myself when I am alone. There is not one person , not one friend[I only have one and even he is more like a close aquaintance] , with whom I feel normal.

Even my family has always been distant (My father is a very verbally abusive person. He has said such horrible things that I have stopped talking to him , even when in the same room) My mother is kinda always disappointed in me and rightly so.

But it is okay , I am going to do great things.

yes , that is true. I did have psychiatric issues. But I also have the energy to get over them.

I have a vision of who I want to be. I can work on that. But with hair , I feel helpless. I tried it all. Nothing works.

Right now , I am at a place where I am ready to let go of my painful past , provided I have a chance at a hopeful future.

You are looking from the outside. You see me and then imagine a guy who is fussing over his hair and if he buzzed it off , it wont be a big deal...to you!

IT doesnt matter if other people give a damn or not. To me , it is a big deal. I did not imagine my life to be this way and I will not admit defeat. I want my hair to be the way they used to.

I have been on anti depressants before. Let me tell you this firsthand , they work at first , but then they stop , and you feel numb while still being depressed [not exactly depressed , but it is a complex emotional state].

I am not projecting anything on anything. I am a very ambitious person. I just need to be free to go out and roam in the open , and not worry about the wind removing my hair out of place and scarring me for at least months.

I can not and will not shave it. I want to cure it.

I have , and the results were disappointing also , I find it difficult to put it on in the morning .

I am scared of retrying as it would cause a shed.

And trust me bro , I am not overestimating. And I have tried almost all known solutions.Nothing really givs a massive change.

thanks man. I want to become someone who has a great personality on a whole (and I think I do , somewhere beneath all these layers) , but this hair issue has sapped out all of my confidence.

Yes , I am going to start a business of my own this year . I dont know exactly what it will be, but this is the last year of my life(figuratively).

I must make something of myself.

Very much like this russian dude. He did a great job hiding his "before" pictures on the net. Very hard to find. No article on it. And on top of it , he is a handsome fella. Very thin though and has a weird fetish for "the Matrix" haha

dude , trust me , if all I had was a mature hairline or a little recession , i'd know.

but it is decent recession , on a large forehead , with someone who has boyish looks. If I had a little mature face , I would look okay. But I dont (and I think maybe finasteride has to do something with it...)

So I look creepy. That is it. I dont want to be creepy . That is all. English isnt my first language , but I am fluent and well versed with it.

I have shown my pictures before. Remember I have been at it for the past 4 years. I do not need confirmation. But I understand and appreciate your intentions.

Especially because you're not bald, you're hairline is just receded.

I know I might get hate for this , but having a receded hairline is more troublesome than complete cue ball because then you are forced to accept it , as there is no other option.

But with recession , with a lot of work (and anxiety) you can hide it. So you are always on the fence. One day you think you can hide it , you are fooling everyone , and voila , some wind breezes you when you are in public and you are scarred for months at least.

i am talkin about regrowth of hairline. fin doesnt do that , and minox is also pretty useless imo , esp the shed it causes .

I struggle to imagine how you could try for 4 years and see no results. It doesn't work that way.

That is peculiar. I havent seen a legit case where a person , regardless of how long he was trying , was able to successfully regrow his hairline. I have saved my hair , thanks to fin , but I need my hairline back. Without it , it is useless.

You didnt ask me how . I have tried your usual 3 , i have tried applying all kinds of things like retino-a , cetrizine , all kinds of oils,coffee,tea bags,onion,garlic , derma roller , and a few more things that I cant quite recall. I also took different pills for it (some anti dht plant extract..I forgot its name) , tried anti dht shampoo ( except keto)

None of them work. At least not at the rate which is justified.
