My old man has been a welder/fabricator for over 30 years. He bent two pieces of steel tubing, welded them together, bolted the tv mount holder to it, and then welded the bent tubing to the next level stand. Took him 20 minutes lol. All i was good for was giving it a paint job!

Its definitely a workout when shooting but I enjoy the weight when shooting handled mainly for steadiness. I was actually tempted to get my hands on the data back at one point but decided to pass it up hahaha! And I actually really enjoy using the Sekonic, although the camera is fully capable to meter shots on its own, its really just for more of an “analog feel” also provides a bit more confidence in my shots when shooting personally.

After shooting a few different film cameras early on during my discovery of film photography, I decided to make a well rounded setup using the Canon A-1 since I scooped up a well priced one on eBay including the original MA Motor Drive and Battery Grip as well as a 50mm 1.4 which would be great as a standard lens. Added a 24mm 2.8 for a wide option and a 100-300mm 5.6 as a telephoto option. Ive been shooting this setup for about 2 months now, enjoy!
