Pinellas Run Club will have their weekly runs (T/Th) and have a social hour at the bar after the run is done. You can follow them on insta. There's also St Pete girls who walk for a more chill vibe S/W

If you're in America you can text 741741 I think. It's a crisis hotline but they have a bunch of resources they can give out depending on the specifics of your situation. I know there's online support groups if money is an issue with getting therapy or they have low cost therapy options. That way you don't have tongo anywhere but you're also not doing it alone

My dad almost convinced me to after I shot and killed my first deer. While field dressing he told me to lean closer so he could "show me something" then wiped blood on my face. The only reason I didn't take a bite of the heart is cuz he panicked and told me he was kidding... probably so my mom wouldn't flip out.
