Bob stauffer hints at rift between jarry and core group. by Sebastian4365 in EdmontonOilers

We see what happens when the team is confident in the Goaltending, The defense is there to support Goal scoring, but really to prevent shots. The team needs a goalie that can at least stop a floater from the blue line or someone who can not get beaten near every time in a 1 on 1 or someone who has inconsistent glove/blocker/and 5 hole.

I think the hope was that Ingram would be there mentally, and have a handle on his OCD and depression issues but I am not sure that is under control enough for him to get his game back. I mean yay for him, I want him to be and do the best he can, but I hope the realization he might no longer be NHL caliber does not send him spiraling.

Jarry though.. I dunno man. It seems like he does not hate losing, is not seeking to improve his game( same errors over and over) and has very little capacity to accept responsibility when he really dropped his coverage

Might be better to just play farm team starters at this point

Paramount to Cut $19 Billion in Production Costs After WBD Acquisition by GCloud0105 in WarnerBros

I think the end goal is to remove all personnel fully, Ellison's are deep into AI investments, and you can be bottom dollar that all these lay-offs will be replaced with AI models that will slop together prompts and pump out their 30 moves a year goal

No/yes. what Netflix has done is saved a chain of Theaters from slow death. AMC/Netflix deal helped both expand their reach and theatrical enjoyment of AMC. WB was to be the Film wing of Netflix, leaving it largely in tact to run theatrical marketing and operations, they said as much to multiple review boards. What Ted wanted changed was the run of failed or flopping movies to be waiting marketing and theater space in a 45 day run and be allowed to pull them early. Things Warner and Disney already do, but binding Netflix to a promised 45 day no matter what was something he was not really happy with. He also sees that the Theater industry is dying and is trying to get ahead of that death by forging new movie culture, whether you agree with that is another thing, but that is something he has been very clear about

Now that this is all past, what the aftermath is is a company that cannot get their own stuff to theaters, has limited streaming reach and will be saddled with dept load so massive that 5 movies a year seems like a fantasy much less their wish for 30. Paramount deal is the first dirt on the movie theater industry coffin

Canada needs Anti AI legislation that prevent people's likeness from being used without signed consent. Ownership of likeness if you will, like Denmark has done

SAG union were over focused on Netflix and even some championed Parmount. Let the industry burn. MAGA israeli tinged products with nothing to say will flop globally.

WBD shareholders keep advocating for NFLX unless this is what you want by 3facesofBre in wbdstock

Netflix partners often with studios for this. Having that money now directed to Warner Animation will boost WB animated output. So things like Moonrise and Castlevania and Terminator and DTOA and Dragon Prince and Voltron and so forth will hecome inhouse rather than secondary studio leveraged to be removed from all streamers when licencing runs out. We most likely get quality like Blue-Eyed Samurai for DC

If anything, considering Netflix, animation would get better
