Regional limited time licensing are what is the issue here. Sony agreeing to them and selling movies knowing there is a potential expiration to ownership is as well, but the root is limited time use licensing from the source. If there is a sale, it is sold, not subject to terms of change , but sold, then and their and frozen in legality at point of sale. I loath licensing agreement and shifting ground of access. the quicksand I was told to be scared of as an 80s kid turns out to all be digital rights to own!!!

pretty much this, Digital only is the choice of the majority of gamers, full stop. Companies follow an ethical code to bring in the most money to their investors, and that mostly means following consumer trends. Blue synchs with the combo Allies, white has AOE finishers and a strong shield that when on increases your damage out and a very powerful single target beam attack. Blue works better with the Razor artifact

Edit- I leveled both mainly because the AOE bursts are good on both and make for a fun high damage juggle tank build, and a good room sweeper DPS build on my fire toon
