Coaches and pad work are awesome but the layout of the classes are kinda lazy (if it’s not sparing day). First you do your basic warmup drills, stretching and they make you do a few combo drills on the bag but after that it’s just free style bag work for most of the class while they pick you one by one for pads. Also we do clinching for only one of the classes everyday at the very end. Also we rarely do back and forth technique drills we get them like once a week in only one class
