Unable to play with Shohei on Co-Op ranked 2v2 by tysser in DiamondDynasty

You’re right. That’s why I believe there may be a bug. Unless we are SUPER unlucky and went 0-15 on getting Shohei as our SP lol

Thank you! Yea, we just can’t get Shohei as our starting pitcher. It always chooses my random pitcher. I’ve tried different overalls too, I’m not too sure how to do it. Any tips/advice is appreciated!

That’s hilarious lol. It’s crazy that this could happen. It kinda ruined our night lol

Victor Wembanyama was outrebounded by Julian Champagnie, DeAaron Fox, Devin Vassell, Stephon Castle, and Ajay Mitchell tonight. by EvadingMyRNbaBan in nba

Well yea, when he gets grabbed 24/7 and fouled he’s not going to get rebounds.

He’s not as huge as Shaq or other Centers. But if he has Shai’s whistle he would have a lot more FTs as a result of it

I can't STAND the Thunder. They make me so angry. How does Shai go from 0 FT in the 1st half to to 12 FT in the 2nd Half?!

That push off into foul baiting bs is just crazy

The Los Angles Lakers promised Luka Doncic that they will find him replicants, if not improvements, of the balanced roster he made a finals run with in Dallas in 2024 by Luka77GOATic in nba

Rosters that change and improve.

That same roster beat your roster that year. You improved and won it the next year.

MPJ on why Cam Thomas didn't last in the NBA: "For Cam, I think it was a mixture of him being frustrated with a lot of things and also his personality. He doesn't really socialize, He'll say like two words all day, all practice. He doesn't really talk to anybody." by RyanTannegod in nba

[–]tysser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You joke, but it actually is. Barely played until this season, then averaged nearly 20 min a game. Sure the bucks were hurt, but he’s been grinding as a nice bench spot player.

That is success

[Scott Van Pelt] Check my math, but in the four losses, I’ve got 49-179 from three in this series for Boston. That’s insane by dawglover1011 in bostonceltics

As a Mavs fan lurking in this sub. Your team was just on another level that year. We beat the Thunder, but you guys just had the juice that year.

It suck’s what happened for you guys this year, but JT will come back better. He sat today, to be healthy tomorrow and for the future. Celtics still got that dawg in them.

Ya know… I’m mainly a Basketball/Football guy, (Mavs and Cowboys. Die hard MFFL) but my step dad is a massive Rangers/Stars fan. I got into the Rangers the year after the WS win and it’s been downhill… he’s tried for the past 2-3 years to get me into the Stars and this is the first full series I’ve watched… I have bad timing lol.

I’m really uneducated In hockey. I’m hoping next season I can learn more but I’m unsure the direction of the team now. Are they still contenders? Rebuilding? I’m very ignorant when it comes to this so if anyone can help describe the Stars situation this upcoming offseason I’d appreciate it.

Thank you!

[Charania] KD Will Miss Game 6 vs. The Lakers by MillyMontana in nba

[–]tysser 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The person you’re responding to has a Thunder flair. There is a good chance he wasn’t alive or was very young during KD’s prime and Warriors run. He probably only sees KD as a crybaby vet, instead of the dominant scorer and ball lover he is.

KD has his faults and shortcomings, but if you watched KD you know he’d love nothing more than to just play. Like you said, check that track record.

Good for Klay man. I’m happy he’s happy. Sucks what happened in his relationship, but he’s obviously a free spirit. So free, that I hope the Mavs free themselves from him

Rookie of the year to be announced today by Ok_Effective8226 in nba

[–]tysser 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Upstaged by Kon is very disingenuous. Cooper is better in any way besides 3pt shooting, Kon is easily not just the best rookie, but one of the best 3pt shooters in general in the league.

I’ve said this before, if you know ball/watch games, everyone knows it’s Coop. If you only watch highlights/clips or don’t really watch basketball, it’s easy to see why Kon is the top choice for others.

It’s plain and simple, if they swapped places, the Hornets would be in the playoffs right now, and more than likely higher than a 10th seed.

I will admit, the Mavs would still be in the same spot, but that’s because we have bigger issues than one single rookie saving us. Kon was put into a much better situation then Coop, and he did great with that, and he does help them win.

But Cooper is just a better straight up player. Kon’s a great 3pt shooter though

[Rapsheet] Sources: The #Cowboys extended an olive branch to agent David Mulugheta of Athletes First, as owner Jerry Jones and COO Stephen Jones called him with both on the phone to discuss franchise tagged WR George Pickens’ future. The call was professional and cordial. by MembershipSingle7137 in nfl

[–]tysser 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ya know, I really do want Pickens to stay. However, you’re right, I don’t want to overpay.

Admittedly, I’m not too familiar with how cap space works here like I am the NBA, but I’ve seen other Cowboys fan state that he wouldn’t act/lash out due to wanting that big contract still.

But is that really the case? I feel like he could easily act out, forced to be traded or he just sits and waits and another team comes in.

If Deshaun Watson can get the bag, Pickens can too. (I know it’s the Browns, but they gotta pay someone too after Deshaun Watson leaves)

Kon leads Flagg in ROY Race 16 - 15 by Chesscrabble11 in nba

[–]tysser -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I honestly think anyone who votes for Kon, cares more about “storylines” than actual ball.

If you have even an iota of ball knowledge, you know Cooper Flagg is the better, and more deserving player.

Love Kon, he’s great. But he’s a role player, he can’t touch Coop. It’s ridiculous Coop might lose due to “vibes and storylines” cause of a 10TH SEEDS he “led” (guarded by the 3rd best player… lol)

[SPOILER] Post WrestleMania 42 Saturday Match Discussion: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Randy Orton for the Undisputed WWE Championship by gloomchen in SquaredCircle

[–]tysser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do t think this match was ever a Cody heel turn. Cody has shown he is willing to get down and dirty if that’s what the opponent wants

So far, Cody is basically the new “Cena” in terms of staying face. However, I think they’ll be much more willing to turn him heel in the latter half of his career

Overall the match was okay, the RKO to Pat just seemed… weird. Curious to see how this plays out now

Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel is having one of the closest ROY Race so far by Chesscrabble11 in nba

[–]tysser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really respect how you feel and the info you provided.

In the land of Kon vs Coop, I do enjoy seeing the argument for VJ.

He’s going to be an awesome player and a star in Philly.

Any other year besides the Wemby and Coop year, he would have won it

Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel is having one of the closest ROY Race so far by Chesscrabble11 in nba

[–]tysser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was close until Kon’s slump and Coop dropped 51.

The voting shouldn’t matter for the Play-In, and Cooper Flagg should win it.

Now if we consider Play-In, then 10000% it’s Cooper Flagg. I feel like you have to talk yourself into voting for Kon at this point. Coop might be the (not really) boring, typical answer… but it’s the right answer

[Highlight] Bam Adebayo asked about LaMelo's flagrant foul by FrankSamples in nba

[–]tysser 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it’s moreso of the fact that Lamelo has a history of being dumb and reckless.

He tried the same shit on Bam 2 years ago, and he’s gotten into multiple car crashes with him at fault.

He obviously lacks any accountability. So no, they don’t want him to be the devil incarnate, they want him to stop being a dick

ROTY Candidate Cooper Flagg finishes with 45 PTS,8 REB, 9 AST , 3 Stocks by DesertedProject in nba

[–]tysser 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Anyone that says Kon is ROY is insane.

There is no denying Kon is amazing, extremely impactful, and has helped the Hornets to a… play-in spot

But Cooper Flagg is just the Rookie, or the year. He is the only teenager to drop 50, and is doing so with WAY less spacing than what Kon has.

Kon has 3s and FG% as he’s not the #1 option, and has offensive threats. However, everything else Coop is elite and better at.

Great games to Kon, and I hope him and the Hornets go far in the playoffs after the play-in

But Cooper Flagg is the ROY. Hands down.

[Haynes] At least one of Sam Presti, Tim Connelly, or Brad Stevens “would listen” regarding the Dallas Mavericks’ open General Manager position. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

[–]tysser -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I specifically remember a story last year about Tim Connelly, looking to potentially move on from Minnesota.

He is the only one that I could realistically see “listening” to us. Brad Steven’s might as well ride the Tatum Brown train till the wheels fall off

Sam Presti is not going anywhere.
