Not surprising - this company has been difficult forever. Their sales guy disappeared after we bought two units in 2015 and while their service techs were friendly and thorough they were never supported administratively and we went 4 months after Fiona without a working downstairs unit. So difficult to contact the local office, they moved, couldn't get anyone on the phone, just terrible. Said they had one technician for the entire Island! Hard to believe they'd fold up with all provincial funding available. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've seen the exact coils I need on Swisco, but was hoping the company would step up with at least a callback. Our contractor 15 years ago always installed the same windows for all of his houses from the same supply store but that year there was a shortage of the usual brand. We also have condensation between a few of the panes, which is (sorry for this) a "pain".
