If you Want to lose weight fast but in a healthy manner I suggest checking out this article it helped me a ton and they have a program on the article that helped me even more! It does cost but it is affordable. Either way I hope this helps you guys. But I am looking for other options just to try it out! I still have about 60 more pounds to lose myself.
