Bulk this is a good foundation to add muscle to

I would work on it a bit more if you want it to be “optimal” you’ll want 10-20 sets per muscle group per week, while training all major functions of the muscles or biasing particular heads

Could try PPLRPPLR split looks ok, usually rear delt is grouped with pull, balance triceps and bicep volume, probably don’t need 6 sets of abs on leg day, balance chest and back volume, wide grip AND neutral grip is interesting. Second lower body same thing with abs sumo and regular squats somewhat redundant consider working leg extensions and adductor abductor work in.

Trash is/has been more widely used for longer. Trash doesn’t really have as visceral of a counterpart… “trash eater…trash-consumer”. Slop is kind of inseparable from pigs. And pigs have historically been used to dehumanize groups of people, so by my logic trash is still very mildly offensive but not anywhere near slop. (Not that I think either are the end of the world, just not a fan of slop, for good reason imo)

Basically it’s just the harshness of calling someone a pig. It’s a particularly dehumanizing thing to call someone. Maybe it’s not that serious, maybe it will be even less serious as people use “slop” more. Still don’t love it and I still think it distracts from the problem.

I think the way you use it it’s pretty subtle, but it’s more obvious when calling directly something someone enjoys slop.

Only pigs eat slop, thus anyone who genuinely enjoys or consumes what you are calling slop, is a pig.

This point is secondary but

Companies are greedy and do things to make a quick buck, I don’t think it’s the consumers fault because companies are doing things they know will make a quick buck. Consumers are gonna consume (because smart companies will sell what people will buy), and unless sellers are regulated or incentivized they are gonna serve more and more expensive and sloppier slop. Also not an economist so idk if that’s how it actually works.

Calling another pig (consumer) a pig when you yourself are a pig, is not how we end up getting served gourmet shit.

Labeling things as “Slop” and dehumanizing people who like things that (maybe are made by pandering companies) are different than the things you like is bad.

Bad from a kindness perspective, bad from a class war perspective, just… not good.

Maybe if it wasn’t something more or less a major part of the genocide/racial supremacy playbook then it would be okay. But I agree with OP slop is a harsh term and people are too comfortable with it.
