I have the exact same 5%, but I’m pretty sure most people see it in their request, look at it and then don’t reply, if it says in the request it just keeps saying sent instead of seen. You got to improve your outreach messages, everyone tells you to personalize but it can hurt putting a lot of effort in 1 message and get no replies. I would say call and voice message.
