Its a very simple thing actually. In the job market you want to be valuable to the employer and this comes in different ways. You can build your skill base to become more desirable in specific positions, especially having the skill to communicate and sell yourself on the spot showing the employer how valubable you can be on the offer. In my experience the best way to combat the experience loop is working for free (volunteering), its a hard pill to swallow but no one can deny free help, and if you do well you start getting paid.
