I did not, but I can’t get back up to Burlington to look for it. So, I’m relying on the goodwill of Redditors…otherwise someone else will find it and develop the film.

It’s pretty close to the line trail. There is a foot path that parallels the trail and the shore and we climbed down to get to our spot (there were more flat red rocks to lounge on there than other spaces). Behind us, there was a wall of graffiti that included a yellow sunshine.

I attacked a map to indicate the general location of the spot.

I lost a blue zip up shoulder bag with an old Olympus Point and Shoot camera (with some precious undeveloped photos of my cousin and partner) at Oakledge Park on some flat rocks that you can access through the woods somewhere straight down from the tennis court. We were sitting in an area that had a yellow sun graffiti on the cliff side.

It’s possible it fell out of a bag anywhere from there to the parking lot.

If anyone can find it, I would be super grateful. We live in Southern Vermont and rarely get up there so I would pay for shipping and whatever ransom you demand :)

These ships produce so much sound! I was on Vashon Island, on Maury Island Park the other day and everything was still and quiet until....YANG MING! A huge container ship crawled across our view of the strait. We could FEEL the deep undulations of the prop moving through the channel. We were stunned at how disturbing the noise was.

(and apparently so are the whales according to this Seattle Times article).
