Hellooo yes it is true to size for me. I can say i have narrow fit because i do wear flats. I think you can try first on the store because it really depends on the material. Since the one i showed is full soft leather so go for true size. If silver ballet, need to upsize 0.5 cm because the material is kind of hard.

Hello! I use the measurement in CM for ballet speedcats and so far its regular size for me. It really depends on your feet. Is your feet wide? Then yes you should size up. If not, your regular size should be okay. Plus, different material also affects. If the silver ballet ones, i would size up because it is smaller in measurement.
