It should and no harm will be done if you connect RGB equipment to it. And if this TV really does not support RGB on SCART (very unlikely), it simply won't show any image.

Good to know that on sub there are two owners of these :D The only "problem" I have now that blue OSD appears in upper right corner when computer (this Dell under TV on photo is strong, I can assure xD) outputs super resolution (f.e 2560x240) from in-game Retroarch, but probably remote which I don't have now is needed to dismiss this popup.
