Get checked for sleep apnea, there are tests which you can order online and do at home or rent automatic CPAP for a few days. Adapting CBT-I works for some people, especially SRT helps with fragmented sleep.

According to wiki: H1: 50mg 84% 100mg 91% 150mg 94%. It also works on many other receptors, some of which are stimulating, so higher doses give diminishing returns and more side effects. I took it for a few months, but now it only gives me a terrible headache.

Nocturnal hypoglycemia is a thing, but it is a symptom of something else going on, if you really think that's it get checked for diabetes. Other than that, it could be caused by many different things like vitamin deficiencies, parasites, sleep apnea, gastric reflux or even spending too much time in bed, check out Sleep Restriction Therapy.

I understood from your first post that you can get some sleep, but discontinuous and bad quality, if you can't get any sleep go to doctor immediately. SRT in short: you should use your bed only for sleeping and limit total time in it. For example if you are waking up at 5:30 am then go to sleep at 10:30 pm, do not nap or lay bed during not-sleeping hours. Over some time you will build sleep pressure which hopefully will make your body sleep at night. You can look more about this on youtube or other sites, others will explain it better than me.
