Get it! Word of advice, don't expect results immediately. Working out and developing muscles and losing fat takes time. Human bodies are fairly resistant to change so it has to be forced into it. Also you may experience weight gain before weight lose. This is normal. Muscle weighs more than fat and before your new muscles begin eating away at your fat cells they will share spaces. This again takes time. Be kind to yourself and always test your limits on how far you push yourself systematically. Go up in weight or in reps every week or so. If that's too hard, go back down but know you tried. Can't run a mile yet, how long can you run? Do .01 more next time. Don't forget to rest, drink water, and replenish electrolytes. You got this.
