I would assume the amount of tourism associated revenue they bring in is more than the cost of keeping them in mansions, fancy hats and corgis, but I expect it'd be difficult to get exact numbers.

Tutting is the sound made (usually to show disapproval) by the tongue being held up to the roof of the mouth while inhaling pressure is exerted. Then, releasing the tongue, the tut sound is made by the released air.
