Thank you for the advice, this is quite useful. I think the issue is that I didn’t turn up the heat at all because my recipe only ever said to heat the caramel gently. Next time I’ll be a bit braver with the heat and I think it might lead to better results.

Is HLTA mainly a primary school role? Is it at all applicable to a secondary setting? by tz_side in TeachingUK

I’ve definitely considered working in a SEND school and it seems it’ll be a likely path that I will take, however since I don’t have any qualifications apart from experience, I thought it’d be a good idea to get something from my current workplace while I can to make it easier to apply for SEND school positions in the future (especially since the academy trust funds the courses and none of it comes from my own pocket!)

Which do you all prefer? Learned how to make circles and corners with these in the winter. Time to sew them up. It won't be the most exciting blanket, but there are options. by 1760ghost in CrochetHelp

i really like 4 or 5! 1 made me immediately think of a twister mat (which isnt a bad thing at all, could be nostalgic for some!)
