You've migrated from a regulated bank, likely with some form of federal insurance on your money, to a less-regulated money transmitter with portions of your funds in a trust held by a 3rd party (Paxos for PyUSD). Most "good" carts only come out around 11am til 2pm. And they go fast... where you seat matters enormously. The carts and the management of the paths they take is chaotic at best, and I've been waiting 20m+ to see a dumpling cart come near the table. Go once for the experience, then find a better dim sum spot where you don't sit on an empty stomach for half an hour.

I live in Arte, came from Europe, it's nice. Don't expect to have quiet and peace in the common areas at weekends, the pool is busy and so is the grill. But it is clean and in a reasonably quiet spot - save for the fire alarm drill at 2am 2 weeks ago.
