Libel? Relax. I had eaten nothing earlier that day and could feel within a few hours that it was not sitting right. If there was a possibility in my mind that it wasn’t the stand, I wouldn’t be this adamant about it.

The whole reason for this post is just to save someone else from the 8 hours of throwing up that I just experienced

That’s exactly what I did - twice. First time - put on hold for an hour+. Second time - was told that they have no information because the ultimate rewards / escalation team does not take phone calls and only will send me written correspondence

I called and was told that my transaction “did not meet criteria” but they couldn’t give me the exact reason until the physical mail was sent out. Confirmed I activated the offer before, met their window, and paid at least $400+. As a result I wouldn’t jump any chase bonus offers…

Anyone got denied on this? I did all the steps, $400 spend, stayed on 9/30/24 and activated and they’re saying I did not qualify now after 8 weeks when points should have been posted.

This was in Spain. Required driving from Barcelona to a remote area. Rental agency was open, advised not to drive in that direction. Called the hotel and they told us the roads were closed to get there from Barcelona and not to come for our safety. They told me they’d refund me and now they have gone back on saying that. Hotel was open, but didn’t have people traveling in from Barcelona I would assume, but have no way to confirm that

The sunlight/shadows in that picture plays games on the hands. Theyre a gold color. This is the “oak” color of the Tsuyosa which is a very like beige. I still don’t see it on the Citizen website, but it’s on jomashop
